Template Release Updates

The UMD Drupal 8 Template is being updated frequently as new bugs, feature requests, or security updates need to be implemented. While there are fewer new features as we improve the template, knowing what is in each version can be useful for website owners.

Noteworthy Theme Releases

8.1.102 - 9 Jul 2021

  • Main menu child items can now be accessed with arrow keys when navigating with the keyboard.

8.1.100 - 2 Apr 2021

  • On mobile, if there are child pages of the displayed page, sub-navigation is present. If there are no child pages, the sub-navigation is not present.

8.1.99 - 31 Mar 2021

  • SVG images for the footer logo are now an option.

8.1.92 - 11 Mar 2021

  • Short hero video loops are now an option.

8.1.90 - 10 Mar 2021

  • The login screen style is improved.

8.1.86 - 12 Feb 2021

  • There is now a back to top button on pages longer than 3x the non-scrolled page.

  • Main navigation items can now have dropdown child pages.

  • There is now a local events content type (UMD Terp Events).
